Library card applications will be processed and library cards mailed out within one week. Patrons who already have a library account can renew their library card online. Patron seeking to replace a library card will be charged $2.00, which will be due upon receipt of the\u00a0 replacement card. By submitting this form you agree to the charge.<br \/>Library card applications for minors require the parent or legal guardian (guardian with court papers)\u00a0to act as a \u201csponsor.\u201d As sponsor, patrons agree to accept responsibility for all materials borrowed on\u00a0the card including all fines incurred and lost or damaged materials. Parent, Guardians and minor patrons also\u00a0agree to abide by the rules and policies of the lending library.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Photo ID showing proof of residency in Flat Rock, Gibraltar, or Rockwood is required to validate\u00a0your address.\u00a0If the minor does not live in Flat Rock, Gibraltar, or Rockwood, the minor can apply for a Student Library Card.
