The Flat Rock Public Library offers adults 18+ to submit applications online to obtain a library card. Library card applications will be processed and library cards mailed out within one week. Patrons who already have a library account can renew their library card online. Patron seeking to replace a library card will be charged $2.00, which will be added to their library account. When obtaining a library card, patrons agree to accept responsibility for all materials borrowed on the card including all fines incurred and lost or damaged materials. Patrons also agree to abide by the rules and policies of the lending library.

Photo ID showing proof of residency in Flat Rock, Gibraltar, or Rockwood is required to validate your address.
